is there any achievement for unlocking all the suits and shop weapons, otherwise how will we know if we have them all ?

I think you'll know if you have them all because there will be no more "locked" slots in the Shelter menus. Also, Schemas will cease to drop.

I have a character up to about dungeon level 40 and stopped getting any new schemas a long time ago (once you get that far you're practically invincible as long as you don't screw up or encounter a bug.)
